Terms of Use
The Liberty Dance for Babies Contest is open to all U.S. residents, excluding Arizona, 13 years of age or older. Registration at the Dance for Babies web site is required for online submissions of videos and pictures.
Any photo, video, or user profile may be removed from the site for containing inappropriate content. The definition of inappropriate content is at the sole discretion of Liberty Tax Service ("Liberty Tax”). Any photo or video that is removed from the site will not be eligible for the contest. In addition, any user whose profile is removed is not eligible to win contest prizes.
By posting content to any public area of the Dance for Babies contest, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Liberty Tax an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
Weekly top 10 videos and photos are determined by user voting. A panel of judges is responsible for choosing a winning video and picture from the top 10 each week. To learn more about judging, submission cutoff and voting cutoff, please review the official Contest Rules. Submissions must be received by 4/5/2008 11:59:00pm ET in order to be eligible for the Grand prize, First Place prize and Second Place prize. See the official Rules for deadlines for weekly prizes.
Liberty Tax Service ("Liberty Tax”) reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Dance for Babies Contest site if Liberty Tax is not able to run it as planned, including for any causes beyond the control of Liberty Tax which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.
